Bubbling Up From The Deep Down

Greetings my Lovelies,

we are in the new moon energy of Leo. The moon enters the sign of Leo on August 4th. When I think about Leo energy, I think about the heart and what it wants, and what it needs. So, I ask you, are you listening to your heart? What is it saying? What is it asking you to do or not do? Are you letting it lead? Is it heavy or is it light as a feather?

Presently, my heart is full. My cup runneth over. I am still in the flow of the 2nd Annual Aje & Olokun Festival held on Ay Ay, St.Croix, Virgin Islands of the United States. This festival is the love of dynamic duo Iya Omisegun and Baba Kolade of Idinleke Temple Atlanta. There are no words to describe the authentic community, family, love, and healing that encapsulates the gathering of souls to honor the Spirit of the Ocean, King/Queen of Waters, and the Orisha of Wealth. The heart is an electrical organ, producing the strongest source of rhythmic bio-electricity. This energy goes to every cell in your body. Your heart produces enough electrical energy to create a magnetic field surrounding your body 360 degrees beyond the skin, out into space measurable about 3 ft. outside your body. When the heart, brain, body communication is working we can enter a state of being in sync with ourselves.

Coherence is the cooperative alignment of the heart, mind, and emotions. It is what we as human beings need to maintain optimal health. When we are in a high coherent state all the major body systems are synchronized to an ordered rhythmic beating pattern of the heart. Powerful! Coherence is triggered by regenerative uplifting emotions such as love, care, kindness, appreciation, and compassion. An elevated emotion plus a clear intention is the formula of connectivity for creating a new reality.

The new moon in Leo calls us to release outdated identities and old versions of ourselves. It is asking us to let new identities bubble up from within, to give ourselves the grace to explore new skin. Explore, explore, explore. Try new things, different things, or return to things that make your heart sing. Let your courage carry you into your own authentic beingness. Something special is there for you.
