  Embrace the Red is a menstrual education initiative designed to bring awareness to the sacred experience of menstruating.   ETR promotes girls having a positive view of their bodies and menstrual cycles and offers comprehensive info and guidance about proper care and lifestyle choices. Here at Embrace the Red we facilitate wellness and empowerment workshops for prepubescent and adolescent girls. Our vision is for girls to be fully powered by their authenticity, and to have knowledge and awareness of their feminine body and its ecology. Every girl needs to be loved, celebrated and supported.
